Alice Vanini holds a Bachelor's degree in Scenography from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, and a Master's degree in Scenography from the Norwegian Theatre Academy (NTA) / Østfold University College in Fredrikstad.
She combines her background and experience in traditional theater with a more experimental approach. She works with the concept of Expanded Scenography, applying it to dance, performance, theater, and opera. Space is no longer merely a container but a dramaturgical tool, just as the audience is not merely a spectator but takes on an active role, functioning as a generative force within the performance.
She is currently working actively in Norway, Italy, and Kosovo. Among others, she has collaborated with Ivar Furre Aam and Runar Hodne in Norway, Andrea Piazza and Giacomo Pedini in Italy, and the Qendra Multimedia company in Kosovo.
